TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FEE:   $10.00 per Transcript Requested.

Please submit the Transcript Request Form below.  Once request has been submitted, please contact the Academy at (423) 499-4999 to make your payment.  Full payment must be received before transcript is released.   Payment can be made by debit/credit card by phone, or by cash or check in person at the Academy.   Please allow 24-48 hours for processing of your request once payment is complete.   

It is the student's responsibility to provide a legible address where the transcript should be sent.

No transcript will be issued if any financial obligation to AAHC exists or if you have not completed the admissions process.
